Credit Card payments ONLY. Any required refund method & timing at the discretion of Curtin FM 100.1 Car Show.
Food Vendors are to provide:
- A valid Food Registration Certificate (issued by their host local government).
- Name of your Food Safety Supervisor (if applicable).
- Proof your food handling staff are suitably trained.
- Current Public Liability insurance
- Photographs of your products and set up.
General Stalls to provide:
- Current Public Liability insurance
- Photographs of your product and set up.
IF YOU ARE A GENERAL STALL SELLING ANYTHING CONSUMABLE REFER TO FOOD VENDOR REQUIREMENTS ABOVE
Should you use GAS APPLIANCES to trade you are required to complete and provide to us BEFORE THE START OF THE EVENT a Checklist for gas installations in public venues form. To be emailed this to us BEFORE THE MONDAY PRECEEDING THE EVENT.
PLEASE NOTE - MARQUEE TYPE STALLS WITH GAS BURNERS MUST HAVE SIDE PANELS ON THE MARQUEE.
All equipment and shelters to be provided by stall holders.
Marquees larger than 55m2 in area require a Certificate of Structural Sufficiency completed as per Council requirements.
Weighted ballasts ONLY to be used to secure marquees.
ALL SITES ARE UNPOWERED. POWER SOURCE TO BE PROVIDED BY VENDOR.
A list of Food Vendors that we accept will be provided to the Town of Victoria Park.
An onsite INDUCTION will be held for ALL vendors the morning of the event, details will be provided with Bump In information.
Anything further required by either Town of Victoria Park or Curtin FM 100.1 Car Show.

The completion and submission of this Expression of Interest DOES NOT automatically ensure acceptance. Duplication of items/goods may require Curtin FM 100.1 Car Show to choose between applications.

EVENT PURPOSE

The Curtin FM Car Show is a 100% fund raiser for Curtin FM Radiothon helping keep our community station on air, with part proceeds going to a nominated registered charity.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Entry of display vehicle covers vehicle, driver, and one other passenger. Additional persons will be charged full gate entry with NO EXCEPTIONS.
The Curtin FM 100.1 Car Show reserves the right to refuse entry to any non-conforming applicant. No correspondence will be entered into.
Sunday set up time will be from 6.30am to 9.30am. All vehicles and displays must be set up by 9.30am - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Any person found causing damage to any part of the property of Curtin University or any part of the campus, including any playing or parking surfaces, shall be liable for the cost of replacement or repair.
Due to Public Liability Insurance constraints, NO vehicles or displays are permitted to be moved between the hours of 9.30am and 2.00pm – with NO EXCEPTIONS.
The Curtin FM 100.1 Car Show, Curtin FM and Curtin University are exempted from any liability arising from loss, injury or damage to any vehicle, person or property whilst engaged in this event. All owners of vehicle to be displayed must have their own insurance.
No alcohol is permitted on the grounds with the exception of the appropriate licensed areas.
All directions of Curtin FM 100.1 Car Show representatives must be followed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Site Holders who cancel their booking after acceptance will forfeit 50% of site fees paid. Cancellations made less than 12 weeks prior to the event will forfeit 100% of site fees paid.
There are no refunds due to weather.
Refunds due to government rules and regulation changes for COVID-19 are at the discretion of the Curtin FM 100.1 Car Show. Rescheduling MAY be an alternative resulting in rollover of payments.
Any refunds due will be deposited back to Credit Card provided for payment, and depending on the method of payment any processing fees associated with payment of application fee will be deducted from refund amount. Fees will only be those associated with the integrated payment facility, i.e. square, paypal etc, there is no fee deducted by Curtin FM 100.1, only that of the third party payment integration system.
