Public Liability Certificate of Currency.
A MINIMUM of 2 photos of your stall set up and goods for sale. These an be attached to this EOI using the FILE UPLOAD box below, as it may assist us in determining suitability. APPLICABLE TO NEW APPLICANTS AND IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR SETUP AND ARE A RETURNING VENDOR
Credit Card payments ONLY. Any required refund method & timing at the discretion of Curtin FM 100.1 Car Show.
FOOD VENDORS (meaning anything that can be eaten or drunk) require a permit from the relevant Council.
Instructions on Food Permit Application process are provided in Application link should an invitation to extend be extended.
A list of Food Vendors that we accept will be provided to the relevant Council.
All equipment and shelters to be provided by stall holders.
Should you use GAS APPLIANCES to trade you are required to complete and provide to us BEFORE THE START OF THE EVENT this form Gas safety checklist for caterers, food outlets and others at public venues ideally please email this BEFORE THE FRIDAY PRECEEDING THE EVENT.
Any marquee type stalls with GAS Burners MUST have side panels on the marquee.
ALL SITES ARE UNPOWERED.

The completion and submission of this Expression of Interest DOES NOT automatically ensure acceptance. Duplication of items/goods may require Curtin FM 100.1 Car Show to choose between applications.

Please provide your Public Liability Expiration Date and upload a Certificate of Currency of PL below, using the File Upload drop box. If your PL expires before the Car Show Event Date please email a new Certificate of Currency once renewed. A reminder will be issued for any such PL CofC's closer to the Car Show Event Date. Please also refer to the Certification of Structures section below.

EVENT PURPOSE

The Curtin FM Car Show is a 100% fund raiser for Curtin FM Radiothon helping keep our community station on air, with part proceeds going to a nominated registered charity.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

GOVERNMENT MANDATED COVID REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT WILL BE IN PLACE.
Entry of display vehicle covers vehicle, driver, and one other passenger. Additional persons will be charged full gate entry with NO EXCEPTIONS.
The Curtin FM 100.1 Car Show reserves the right to refuse entry to any non-conforming applicant. No correspondence will be entered into.
Sunday set up time will be from 6.30am to 9.30am. All vehicles and displays must be set up by 9.30am - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Any person found causing damage to any part of the property of Curtin University or any part of the complex, including the any and all surfaces, shall be liable for the cost of replacement or repair.
Due to Public Liability Insurance constraints, NO vehicles or displays are permitted to be moved between the hours of 9.30am and 2.00pm – with NO EXCEPTIONS.
The Curtin FM 100.1 Car Show, Curtin FM and Curtin University are exempted from any liability arising from loss, injury or damage to any vehicle, person or property whilst engaged in this event. All owners of vehicle to be displayed must have their own insurance.
No alcohol is permitted on the grounds with the exception of the appropriate licensed areas.
All directions of Curtin FM 100.1 Car Show representatives must be followed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Site Holders who cancel their booking after acceptance will forfeit 50% of site fees paid. Cancellations made less than 12 weeks prior to the event will forfeit 100% of site fees paid.
There are no refunds due to weather.
Refunds due to government rules and regulation changes for COVID-19 are at the discretion of the Curtin FM 100.1 Car Show. Rescheduling MAY be an alternative resulting in rollover of payments.
Any refunds due will be deposited back to Credit Card provided for payment, and depending on the method of payment any processing fees associated with payment of application fee will be deducted from refund amount. Fees will only be those associated with the integrated payment facility, i.e. square, paypal etc, there is no fee deducted by Curtin FM 100.1, only that of the third party payment integration system.
