Tämä lomake on tarkoitettu tuotteen palauttamiseen. Jos kyseessä on takuu-asia, niin valitse toinen lomake. This form is for product returns. If it's a warranty issue, choose another form.
Henkilöasiakkailla on oikeus palauttaa ostamansa tuote 14pv. sisään tuotteen vastaanottamisesta.
Palautuksen ehtoina on kuluttaja-asiakkuus, sekä tuotepakkaus pitää olla ehjä ja myyntikelpoinen.
- Jos tuotepalautus johtuu myyjän tekemästä virheestä tai tuotteen informaatio virheestä, palautetaan koko kauppasumma rahteineen
- Jos tuotepalautus tehdään asiakkaan toiveesta, niin pelkkã tuotteen hinta palautetaan. Tällõin asiakas vastaa rahtikustannuksista molempiin suuntiin.
