Includes a fully furnished turnkey booth, with the items listed in the description. Also includes daily cleaning throughout the show and access to all Pavilion services.

Workstation:

Includes a fully furnished turnkey booth, with the items listed in the description. Also includes daily cleaning throughout the show and access to all Pavilion services.

Meeting Counter:

Includes a dedicated counter with access to shared meeting tables. Also includes daily cleaning throughout the show and access to all Pavilion services.

Meeting Table:

Includes a dedicated meeting table. Also includes daily cleaning throughout the show and access to all Pavilion services.

Space Only Participation:

The Pavilion Space Only participation option includes access to all USA Pavilion services.

Space Only Participation Details

Space Only Exhibitors who choose their own contractor for booth construction within the USA Pavilion must submit specifications, including floor plan and renderings, to B-FOR for approval at least 45 days before opening day.

Corner Location

Please indicate your desired number of corners. There is a 10% premium per requested corner. Because of the limited number of corner locations, all corner requests may not be honored.

Corner locations are only available for Turnkey Booth and Space Only Exhibitors.

CO-EXHIBITOR FEE:

Only registered Exhibitors and Co-Exhibitors will be listed in Show Directories and have access to the Pavilion services. A separate registration form will be made available to add co-exhibitors.

Please note: Co-exhibiting companies are not allowed in Meeting Counter, Meeting Table, or Workstation participation options. Only Turnkey booth exhibitors and Space Only exhibitors are allowed to register Co-Exhibitors.

By checking below, I agree and consent to the Terms and Conditions, including the provisions that if, for any reason, I cancel participation and a written notice is received by B-FOR prior to November 7, 2022, a 25% cancellation fee will be incurred. After that date, no refunds will be made and I am bound to pay 100% of all fees paid and due. Any reduction in booth space or category after an Application has been submitted will be treated as a cancellation.
