VII. Acknowledgements and Agreements

I understand I need to provide a $25.00 non-refundable application fee, payable to Arizona Foundation for Women in order for this application to be considered for admission.

If selected, I understand a non-refundable tuition fee of $400.00, payable to Arizona Foundation for Women is due upon acceptance and must be paid by October 14th, 2022. Due to the demand for the program, I understand that my seat may be forfeited and given to another candidate if the tuition fee is not paid by this deadline.
