Cancellation and Payment Policy:
Payments must be made in 4 installments throughout the season on the following dates: 1). At the time of Registration in order to secure your spot, 2). October 1st, 3). January 1st and 4). March 1st.
- If you wish to drop a class for any reason, you must provide thirty (30) days written notice before the upcoming payment due date in order to not be responsible for the upcoming payment.
- If you choose to drop a class for any reason after making a payment, you are not entitled to a refund. For example: If you pay in January and decide to drop a class in February, you will not be refunded for the classes you are choosing to walk away from.
- Spotlight Studios is not required to offer make up classes when closed due to weather.
- Classes and instructors are subject to change throughout the season.
- 5 dancers are needed for a class to continue running after the first 30 days. Should a class not have enough enrollment to continue running, we will provide suitable options for your dancer to switch.
- All dancers are expected to participate in the full season.
- Recital is mandatory for all participants.
- Tickets will be sold in the Spring and are not included in the cost of tuition.
- Dancers are required to wear the dress code for their classes and to purchase the required shoes for certain styles of classes.
