    Thank you for choosing Faith Landmarks Child Development Center. To initiate enrollment for your child, a non-refundable $55.00 application fee is due at the time of enrollment via credit card. 

    To secure a space for your child, you must include the first weeks' tuition. 

    Enrollment Policy and Procedures

    Enrollment Policy

    Enrollment is limited to available space:

    • Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis regardless of race, color, sex, or national origin.
    • Applicants age 3 years and above must be completely potty-trained.
    • Classes with less than 4 children enrolled, have a potential to close.
    • Enrollment of children with disabilities is dependent on our ability to serve them.
    • One enrolling parent must be a professing Christian.

    Enrollment Procedures:

    1. Complete the online enrollment application and payment information to process the application. 
    2. You will be notified by email of your enrollment status; at which thime the 1st week's tuition is required to hold your child's place.
    3. Refer to the online enrollment instructions for a list of required documents and forms.

  • Days & Times Childcare is Needed

    The Center will be open Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Late pick-up will incur an intial charge of $10 and $1 per minute thereafter. Please provide the time you will need child care for each day of the week:

    At times our staff will be taking photos/videos for publicity or departmental purposes. Pictures may be posted on our website or bulletin boards. No names will be associated with the photos. We appreciate your cooperation.

     

  • Additional Forms Acknowledgement

    I am aware that the following forms are available for download from the Daycare page of FLM's website: VA School Entrance Health Form, Parent Agreement, Financial Agreement, Parent Consent for Medical Treatment, and Parent Consent for Pick-up.

  • Financial Status

    We have reviewed the financial obligations required to enroll including all fees. We will be able to cover the financial obligation according to our enrollment agreement. If we have difficulty meeting the requirements at any time, we agree to contact the business office immediately. We understand that inability to make payments in a timely manner may necessitate the withdrawal of our child(ren) until such time as our account is made current.

    The credit card information below will be used to process payment for the application fee. To hold a place for your child, the first weeks tuition must be paid at this time.
