I as a client will give OUTGREWCONDO 48 hours to repsond upon complention of form. (DM IF YOU NEED IMMEDIATE RESPONSE)
I as the client will book ahead of time as the expected date to shoot. Please be aware that if something were to occur where the videographer has to reschedule, you will be notified in a timely manner to pick another date.
I as a client understand that OUTGREWCONDO is able to deny a service.
I as a client reserves the right to terminate the booking for any reason up to 3 days after the down payment fee. Should the client terminate the contract after the days stated above your security deposit is NON FUNDABLE.
I understand that OUTGREWCONDO reserves the right to use videos to display and or promotional purposes.
It is understood that OUTGREWCONDO arrival time for the start of shooting with the client is based off the time slot you have chosen. If you aren't ready to shoot on time, please be aware there is a late fee of 1k after every 30 mins, please keep in mind there are other clients who have scheduled time slots.
Checking the following consists of the videography agreement of OUTGREWCONDO. Please read over everything carefully once again, contact the videographer if you have any questions or concerns about the agreement. Checking the boxes and entering your name below at the end of these terms will serve as your electronic signature reflecting your consent of the terms and conditions of the agreement.
