Private Group Tour Request Form

Please enter your information below to request a guided group tour for adults at York Street or Chatfield Farms. You do not have a tour reservation until it has been confirmed and the deposit has been paid. After submitting this form, your request will be directed to our tours team. A staff member will contact you within 7 business days. K-12 school groups, please contact School Groups at school.groups@botanicgardens.org.
Before completing this form, please review the following details:

Advisements
- View seasonal hours and early closures at York Street and Chatfield Farms.
- The Tropical Conservatory is closed through early December 2024.
- We do not offer tours at Mount Goliath.
- K-12 schools, please contact School Groups at school.groups@botanicgardens.org.
Private Group Tour Policies
- A request does not guarantee a reservation.
- Group size maxium: 60 people.
- For groups larger than 60 people, please email Tours@botanicgardens.org for alternative options.
- Tours are 45-60 minutes and are offered between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Reservations must be requested at least 4 weeks in advance.
- Tour rates are based on group size and include general admission to the Gardens and Freyer - Newman Center.
- If a Denver Botanic Gardens Member is booking the tour, the Member rate will apply to the group.
- Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
- The tours team is not involved with meal arrangements or private event requests.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
- Once confirmed, changes may be requested but are not guaranteed.
- Payment cannot be split amongst multiple parties.
- Please review Denver Botanic Gardens' cancellation and refund policies for more information.
