Before submitting your request, please review the following:

Advisements
- A tour is not reserved until it has been confirmed and paid for.
- K-12 school-age groups, please contact School Groups at school.groups@botanicgardens.org.
- Groups larger than 60 people, please contact the Resource Center at Info@botanicgardens.org for information about group pricing for general admission.
Process & Payment
1. Tours must be requested at least 3 weeks in advance.
2. If approved, you will receive an invoice for the full amount via an online payment link. We do not accept checks or payment over phone.
3. To complete the reservation, full payment is required within 1 week of receiving the invoice.
4. When the reservation is paid, we will send you a conirmation and additional helpful visitor information.
Private Group Tour Policies
- A request does not guarantee a reservation.
- Tours are 45-60 minutes and are offered between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Tour rates are based on group size and include general admission to the Gardens and Freyer - Newman Center.
- If a Denver Botanic Gardens Member is booking the tour, the Member rate will apply to the group.
- The Tours team is not involved with meal arrangements or private event requests.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
- Once tour details are confirmed, changes are not permitted.
- Payment cannot be split amongst multiple parties.
- Please review Denver Botanic Gardens' cancellation and refund policies.
Alternative Options

If we are unable to accommodate your private tour request, please review our calendar for prescheduled tours at York Street and Chatfield Farms, or contact the Resource Center at Info@botanicgardens.org for information about group pricing for general admission.
