Deposits, Payments and Requirements!

All Orders over $50 require a deposit of 1/2 down at the time of ordering (payment options are available in form). All Deposits are NonRefundable and all sales are final unless decided upon by Bee's Sweets Pittsburgh!

*Bee's Sweets Pittsburgh is NOT REQUIRED to (and will not) send you photographs of your final product. Any photos taken are to be used for marketing and promotional services ONLY! If photos are a requirement for you, we will unfortunately not be able to move forward with your order.

I am available to discuss orders between the hours of 7AM EST and 8PM EST. Please be respectful of these business hours. (Failure to respect these hours can lead to termination of your order and loss of your deposit. I.E 3am texts and/or instant messages regarding updates/photos of your order)

All specialty cakes are Based at $150.00. Final costs are dependent on detail, date needed etc. Please visit the website for further details! *Prices are subject to change*

Final payments are due no later than 8pm a week BEFORE pickup/delivery. Failure to make payments on time will result in an automatic cancellation, NO EXCEPTIONS. Deposits can be paid via Cash App, Venmo, Zelle or Square.

Any order $50 and under must be paid in full at the time of ordering! NO EXCEPTIONS!

ANY ORDERS PLACED IN LESS THAN A WEEKS TIMING REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF PLACING THE ORDER. THESE ORDERS MAY ALSO INCLUDE AN ADDITIONAL $20 RUSH FEE! 

The need for Delivery MUST BE stated at the time of placing your order and a delivery fee will be charged depending on the delivery location. 

*Bee's Sweets Pittsburgh offers Pickup/Delivery. Meet ups are not an option*

Lastly, All orders MUST BE picked up at the chosen pick up time. There is a $20 late fee for every hour you are late, that must be paid before the cake/order exchange. After the 2nd hour that you are late it will be considered cake/order abandonment and you will lose your order. (This means you have a 2 hour pickup window from your chosen pickup time)

There will also be a late charge of $20 for anyone who is not on site to accept deliveries on time. Bee's Sweets Pittsburgh will not wait any longer than a half hour on site to exchange items.

If you are aware that you will not be on time anymore than 1hr(Pickup) 1/2 hour (Delivery) It is your responsibility to have a backup plan (i.e. a backup pickup person/someone else on site to receive treat order/cake)

*Bee's Sweets Pittsburgh reserves the right to cancel any deliveries due to inclement weather conditions such as snow, severe storms, tornadoes, flash flooding etc. in this case the delivery fee would be returned  

*All rules will be strictly enforced immediately and are subject to change if and when necessary*
