Thank you for your requesting a birthday party with the Prince George Humane Society. Please complete this form to request a birthday party and the birthday party coordinator will connect with you to confirm if the date an time is available. Once your request has been approved a deposit of $100 of the $300 total cost needs to be made within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of your booking. The deposit is payable at our Adoption and Humane Education Centre. Birthday parties not cancelled within 24 hours will result in the loss of the deposit.

The Prince George Humane Society Birthday Party Experience includes a visit with a special animal guest who will be at the Adoption and Humane Education Centre. As an open-admission animal shelter, we receive animals of all species, breed, temperament, and background. As such, some of our animals are more suited to visiting with young people and large groups than others. With a continually changing population of animals we can not predict who will be available on any given day. Safety of our human and animal friends is our utmost priority and the most appropriate animal guest for your group will be determined by staff on the day of your visit. Please advice staff of any known allergies to animals prior to attending the birthday party. Please be advised that we will need 2 adults during birthday party events. Parents/Guardians, and adult guests are expected to supervise their children as well as the other children in the group. The Prince George Humane Society is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. As such, abuse or harassment of the birthday party leader will not be tolerated. The Party Coordinator reserves the right to cancel the party if children are not kept reasonably under control by the adult guests. Parental involvement in party activities is strongly encouraged! If inviting adults to your child’s party, please keep in mind that our Birthday Party Coordinator’s goal is to keep your child engaged and safe and groups of parents in the room involved in discussions may distract the children. We respectfully request that adults in attendance engage with the birthday party activities by assisting children whenever possible. By payment of the birthday party feet he participant accepts the risks of physical injury normal to the course or activity in which they are registered.
