2024 The Great Atlanta Dog Show—Vendor Agreement and Event Policy: • Space will not be reserved until payment and application is received. • As an accepted vendor, you agree to be set up by event start time AND stay at event, set up until designated event take down time. Please no early take down. Release of Claims: The undersigned hereby acknowledges that he/she is aware of the nature of the activity and the potential for physical injury associated with the activity. I forever release, hold harmless, and discharge The Great Atlanta Dog Show, Transitions Pet Care, Wild Heaven Beer and all sponsors, its officers, employees, servants, and agents from any and all manner of actions, causes of actions, claims and demands, damages, costs, suits, debts, accounts, promises, trespasses, judgments, expenses, and loss of service, both known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, whatsoever in law or in equity, already sustained or that the undersigned may hereafter sustain, in consequence of or relating to the activity, from the beginning of time forward. I hereby declare that this release is being given voluntarily, and that no representations about the nature and extent of the said damages made by any attorney or agent of the party hereby released, nor any representations, regarding the nature and extent of legal liability or financial responsibility of the party hereby released, have induced me to enter into this release. I understand that there is no guarantee of number of participants. The undersigned hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of this release before signing it, and further represents that if he/she is signing in a representative capacity, he/she has the authority to do so on behalf of his principal and to bind that principal. This release shall be construed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Furthermore, this release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior written and or oral agreements, understandings, or representations of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements, understandings, or representations of the parties relating to the same subject matters.  Neither party will be liable for failure or delay to perform obligations under this Agreement, which have become practically impossible because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the applicable party. Such circumstances include without limitation natural disasters or acts of God; acts of terrorism; labor disputes or stoppages; war; government acts or orders; epidemics, pandemics or outbreak of communicable disease; quarantines; national or regional emergencies, rain or threat of rain, or the dangers of storms or acts of God dangers; or any other cause, whether similar in kind to the foregoing or otherwise, beyond the party’s reasonable control. The parties hereby agree, when feasible with reasonable efforts made to not to cancel but reschedule pertinent obligations and deliverables and/or deliver alternate marketing opportunities.  Reasonable effort and decision will be made based on the safety of all involved and made by the management of The Great Atlanta Dog Show and Transitions Pet Care, based on City of Atlanta, media guidance and other sources. All reasonable effort will be made to hold the event rain or shine and No refunds will be made for any reason for vendors unless the event is cancelled. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation. PHOTO RELEASE I hereby grant permission to the Great Atlanta Dog Show and Transitions Pet Care administrators to use photo/video/audio recordings in any media without approval or permission and with no monetary compensation to you. I waive the right to approve any form of media where my likeness appears. Combination of image elements may alter the image, combined with text or content and a fictitious name may be used.
