Booking: Because Jess respects the time of the guests in her chair, I understand she will not book appointments through phone or email. As a result, self-guided online booking is the main method of booking an appointment at the studio. A credit card is required to secure your appointment.
Cancellation: I must reschedule my appointment at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not arrive for your appointment, or cancel your appointment within the 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will be imposed.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late to an appointment will result in a reduction of services for the day.
If I arrive to my appointment noticeably ill and not willing to take necessary precautions, I understand I will need to reschedule my appointment.
I have up to 6 months to bring a product back to replace it with a more suitable product.
I have 5 days to communicate to Jess I don't think we quite nailed the outcome we discussed. Services will only be corrected once. If the outcome is still not to my liking, I will either need to find a new stylist or pay full price for another session.
