MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Christopher Guerra Photography LLC, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my spouse and/or underage children. I hereby grant and understand that Christopher Guerra Photography LLC may use my images (but not limited too) social media/advertisement etc., and there will be no compensation to the above.
COPYRIGHT & POLICIES: As a client of Christopher Guerra Photography LLC, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Christopher Guerra Photography LLC, said PHOTOGRAPHER; are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to alter these digital photos in any manner from the original photos provided without PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. Credit must be given to @chrisguerraphoto when shared on the internet by third parties (any party that does not include the original paying client). Photos can be reproduced by the paying client provided they use their own residential printer. Photos cannot be printed by a third party vendor without PHOTOGRAPHER's permissoin. (Walmart, CVS, Wallgreens, Snapfish ect. are some of the examples of a third party printer that are not allowed without POTOGRAPHER's permission and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.. By choosing "I Agree" I will honor the above statement.
PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the retainer is paid. Weather cancellations will be made at the photographers discretions. Tardiness of my session will not delay my session. My session will remain within the scheduled time frame. If I need to reschedule I will give contact prior to 48 hours notice of said reserved session date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my retainer for a new session date. I will do best to reschedule my session within 2 weeks of original session date. I cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but will try my best to accommodate photographers schedule.
By signing (draw your signature) below I certify that I am at least 18 years of age. I have read this portrait agreement/waiver/contract and fully understand the contents thereof. I agree that I have the legal authority to grant these permissions and accept all responsibility for such. You also acknowledge that the retainer fee is non-refundable once the photos have been taken

A 14 day cancellation notice from the date of your session is required in order for your retainer fee to be refunded. Cancelations requested less than 14 days are non-refundable. If a rescheduling is required, every attempt will be made but is not guarenteed.

Once the photos have been taken, the retainer fee is no longer refundable
