1. Eligibility: Everyone who is willing to take refuge in the triple gems and become a genuine Buddhist.
2. Date/Time: 3/16, 8/10, 11/9, 2025 (Sun), 2pm
3. Registration:
   • Please fill out the registration form at the Temple’s front desk or download it from Temple’s website and mail it back to the Temple.
   • Please submit two passport-size photos taken recently (within three months)
   • A chanting robe is required (you can purchase it at the Temple).
     
     

一、參加資格：凡願意發心受三皈依，成為正信佛教徒之信眾。

二、典禮日期︰2025年 3/16, 8/10, 11/9  (星期日), 2pm

三、報名方式：

（1）請至香雲寺服務台填寫報名表、或填寫Jotform回傳。

（2）請繳交最近三個月內二吋相片2張。

（3）自備海青 (可在道場請購)
