Out of courtesy to your stylist, we kindly ask that you give
48 hours'
notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Be sure to contact them directly. In the case that more than 48 hours' notice is not given you may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If you no call / no show or cancel 24 hours prior to service you may be subject to 100% of service. If it is an emergency or illness please contact as soon as possible.
