Customer Satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We work with the best retail partners selling our products in more than 120 countries. In order to do this it’s important we follow all of their standards. In general we have pre-made arrangements with our retail partners to replace products that you consider faulty. As such, if you are looking for a product replacement or full refund, please pursue this with the retailer you purchased from. Remember to take your proof of purchase with you.
If for any reason you are not able to return the item to the store please submit the following information.A photo of the defect is required as proof of purchase to process your claim. Defects in material or workmanship will be determined at the sole discretion of ZURU Inc. and ZURU Inc. reserves the right to replace defective product with a new product of our choice, of comparable value.
