Thank you for your interest in our Senior Years Scholarships Program at Faith Lutheran College. Please ensure you have read and understood the following information, before continuing:

Our Senior Years Scholarships are:
- Available in two categories: Academic Excellence and Sport
- Open to students in Years 10 and 11, who are looking to complete their Secondary Education at Faith Lutheran College
- Open to both existing students at Faith Lutheran College, and to students who are looking to commence at Faith Lutheran College in the forthcoming year.
- Awarded up to a maximum of 50% remission on tuition fees, however the percentage of remission offered is not fixed and is at the discretion of Faith Lutheran College.
- Awarded subject to the completion of any required subsequent testing, trial or demonstration of ability.*
- Awarded at the discretion of the College Principal
*Please note that the selection process and methodology is confidential, and any results obtained through testing will not be made available to the student or their parents/carers.
We are currently accepting applications for students who:
- will enter either Year 11 or Year 12 in 2022
Applications for this round of Scholarships must be received no later than:
- 5.00pm on Friday 2 September, 2022 (Week 8, Term 3)

The following documents will be required in order to complete this application:
If applying for an Academic Scholarship:
- Copies of the Student's two (2) most recent School Report Cards
- A written reference from the Student's teacher, Principal, Deputy Principal or other relevant educational leader (e.g. Head of Department, Head of Curriculum)
- Relevant evidence of student achievement or performance (e.g. Awards, Certificates)
Applicants will also be required to sit our Senior Scholarship Test, which is scheduled to take place at Faith Lutheran College on Saturday 10 September, 2022

If applying for a Sports Scholarship:
- Copies of the Student's two (2) most recent School Report Cards
- A written reference from the Student's Physical Education Teacher, Sports Coach, Principal, Deputy Principal or other relevant educational leader (e.g. Head of Sport)
- Relevant evidence of student achievement or performance in sports, athletics or related disciplines (e.g. Awards, Certificates)
Applicants will also be required to sit our Senior Scholarship Test, which is scheduled to take place at Faith Lutheran College on Saturday 10 September, 2022

Multiple Scholarships Acknowledgement *

I understand that if I have applied for a Scholarship in multiple categories (e.g. Academic and Sports), the Student can only be awarded a maximum of ONE (1) Scholarship in ONE (1) category, and that the decision to offer a Scholarship in any given category rests solely with Faith Lutheran College.
