Shop policies: Once your shoe order has been placed, you agree that I do not accept returns or cancellations due to the nature that these are customized products. Full payment is required in order to process your order and be placed on the production list. Turn around times will not begin until payment is received. The current turn around time is 3 to 5 weeks. These are ranges and do not guarantee a specific date unless agreed upon and do not include weekends or holidays. If you need a product by a specific date, please contact me to ensure that is possible. Any rush orders needed before the current turn around time are subject to a rush fee of $30 I will provide tracking information through email once your product is shipped. All products are inspected before shipping. If there is any damage during shipping please contact me and include pictures of the damaged packaging (if any) and products. Please contact me within 24 hours after the delivery of the item. Please double check any spelling or grammar for any requested names or quotes. I am not responsible for any mistakes made on the customer's end. All items are handmade and as a result, may contain slight imperfections. Designs and glitter may vary from shoe to shoe. Colors also vary in pictures due to lighting or display. Just rest assured that I put in lots of love and care into each shoe that I create. To ensure the life of your shoes please follow the care card instructions that are included. The shop is not responsible for damage due to improper care. Please do not wear your shoes in water, sand or anything that may be hazardous to your shoes. We will not be replacing any shoes that lose stones, jibbitz.
