You can file a complaint if you believe conditions in the workplace are unsafe or if you or someone else is experiencing abuse or harassment in the workplace. If you are concerned about the health, safety or well-being of a child and or staff member at Educara, please make a complaint immediately.

Please provide as much detail and information as possible regarding the event or situation that is resulting in your complaint.

One of the main purposes of the Educara Contravention Form is to enable a strong internal responsibility system (IRS) at Educara, which gives everyone in Educara a role to play in keeping workplaces safe and healthy.

Protecting your privacy
The personal information you provide in your complaint is for Educara use only. We will only use this information to:
• respond to your complaint
• contact you if we need to know more about your complaint

Although the Educara will not give your name to anyone in the workplace, we cannot guarantee that your employer or colleauge won’t guess that you are the complainant. We also cannot guarantee that you will remain anonymous if the complaint results in a legal investigation.
