• 2023 St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival Retail & Artisan Vendor Application

    FRIDAY, MAY 5 THROUGH SATURDAY, MAY 6, 2023
  • Event Date:  Friday May 5 and Saturday, May 6, 2023.

    Submission Deadline: March 31, 2023

    Location:  World Golf Hall of Fame, 1 World Golf Pl, St. Augustine, FL 32092

    Set Up Begins at 10:00 AM - All vendors are asked to be set up no later than 12:00 PM. Please provide adequate staff and product to best serve the amount of expected guests. 

    NOTE:

    1. All participants MUST complete this application form. Vendor spacing is limited and applicaitons must be approved in advance.

    2. The Festival is providing location space only. Vendor space is based on an approximate 10'x10' tented area. If you require a larger space you MUST advise the festival in the comments section below with approximate space requirements. Vendors will NOT be able to request more than one space. Limited to ONE 10' x 10' space per business.

    3. Vendor is responsible for everything necessary for location set-up. Signage is provided by the Festival. Signage is not allowed outside or on tenting. Tabletop signage, custom tablecloths can be used by retailer inside the tent. 

    4. The festival DOES NOT provide power. The festival DOES NOT provide tables.

    5. The Festival will provide load-in and load-out instructions prior to the festival.  These instructions MUST BE adhered to. Failure to follow instructions may result in cancellation of your participation. Event is RAIN OR SHINE! We are restricted in the total number of vendors during the event. Space is limited. First come first serve. Thank you!

    Payments MUST BE settled at time of submission. Complete the credit card payment form below. The Festival does not accept submissions without payment terms finalized.

        • By completing this registration you agree to hold harmless The AdFish Group, LLC and St. Augustine Food + Wine Festival (the "Event"), their staff, sponsors, partners, vendors, and affiliates for any damages that may occur to yourself or your property while attending the event. Including but not limited to your tables, chairs, merchandise, or your person, in the case of bad weather, wind, sickness, or negligence of staff, or other occurrences.

          Your space is not reserved until payment is made. All Events Are Rain or Shine. This event is outside and held on surfaces that may not be level or even. Electricity is not available. We encourage you to bring battery powered lighting. All exhibitor products MUST be culinary or beverage related. Product descriptions and images must be provided in advance.
