The AHTD Future Leaders Program provides continued professional development to emerging leaders in member organizations. This series of courses, delivered in-person and through distance learning, will help you equip your talented, high-potential employees to become your next generation of leaders.

The cost to AHTD member companies for enrolling a participant in the 19-month Future Leaders Program is $6,000 ($10,000 non-members).

This cost does not include airfare, hotel, or other travel-related expenses and does not include registration in the concurrent AHTD Conferences. This fee does include an invitation to attend the Opening Welcome Reception, breakfast and lunch (both days), Product Showcase & Reception, and Final Night Party at the concurrent AHTD Conferences.

All of the learning materials of Future Leaders are integrated and build-off previous sessions and participants share learning experiences in the confidential environment of the classroom. Therefore, no substitute for a participant is allowed during the program, and any new participant would need to register for the start of the next Future Leaders Program offering. If your organization has a participant who separates from employment while enrolled, you will receive pro-rata credit towards a future program.
