Harm from biosolids is real. You are not alone. It's time your story is heard and believed.

Thank you for sharing your personal story of how you've been impacted by biosolids. It will serve an important role in achieving change. You must be 18 years or older to submit a story. Story submissions are voluntary. Please write and submit your story in one session. If you cannot, however, you may Save and Continue Later by clicking on the Save button located at the bottom of the page. You will receive an email with a link and instructions for completing your story later. By submitting your story, you are granting permission to Mission503 and our authorized affiliates to share all or part of your story in Mission503, Inc.'s Official Reports and communications to advance Mission503 objectives. Your personal identification will not be disclosed with any reproductions of your story, or excerpts of your story. Only the State in which your exposure to biosolids has occurred will be disclosed with the story, or excerpt of the story. Please do not identify individuals or corporations by name in your story. Please use language that is suitable for general audiences. Only one story submission per email/IP address may be submitted. It is vitally important to the integrity of the mission that stories be factual and true. Our portal allows for up to 2,500 characters to be submitted. IMPORTANT: We recommend using a desktop computer for submitting your story. We do not anticipate any, but should you experience technical issues while submitting your story, please SAVE or EXIT the form, then email a description of the problem to us at Connect@Mission503.org.
