  • Thank you for inquiring with The Perfect Occasion Catering Company we’re we provides phenomenal Catering and Delicious food. Our team is dedicated to excellence in food quality, preparation and presentation. We are a full (licensed) catering company. We cater and plan functions both intimate and grand for any occasion. The Perfect Occasion Catering will render services for business luncheons, intimate dinners, conventions, social galas, cocktail receptions, fundraisers, weddings, engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebration, social mixers, church events, graduation parties & much more.  We ask that you Please Allow 24/48 hours for a response from our team. We look forward to providing all your catering needs. Below are a few things we will need from you to make sure your event is one of “The Perfect Occasions”.

  • Please send the following information so that we can provide you with an estimate. Please note that we have a $1,500 order minimum before setup/delivery, taxes and fees. Phone consultations are $30.00 with the chef. If you decide to book, this amount is credited towards your total catering balance. All bookings require a 50% deposit in order to secure your date. Your date is NOT secured without a down deposit.

  • An estimate will be sent to the provided email within 24-48 hours. Prices are subject to change. Most menu items are per piece/per servings.(All estimates are valid for 1 week)

  • Once you’ve accepted your estimate, it will be converted into an invoice. You will then be able to proceed with paying your deposit. The deposit amount is 50% of the total amount. If you are booking a special or less than 20 days prior to your event, the FULL amount "MUST" be paid at the time of booking.

  • All DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE‼️
