At first glance, you might thing "sheesh, this is a little long - are all these questions really necessary?" I know, because I thought the same thing when we got our dogs! We hand-raise all of our puppies in our home. Every family is different, and there are no right or wrong answers. We know many families have two working adults and we don't expect anyone to be a superhero and quit a day job just to be able to take home a puppy. Every puppy family has different needs, and this application helps us identify who needs what information and what homes might make the best fit.

Puppy Preference
We understand this can be a very exciting time for our potential puppy buyers! When we have a new litter born, we can take reservations. Once you make your pick we require a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold until pickup. Your deposit goes towards final purchase price of the puppy. In most cases all of our puppies are reserved prior to 6 weeks of age, and we are unable to hold puppies without a deposit. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.

What to expect
Completing this application is a step in the process to acquiring a puppy from Blue Springs Poodles, but it does not guarantee I'll get a puppy from this or any future litter. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time. If this application is approved, you'll be notified when the puppies are born and or available, and will be required to send a $500 non-refundable deposit, in order to hold the puppy of your choice. Please note our deposit policy: if you make a deposit, you are committing to take a puppy from the litter. Deposits are non-refundable. Puppies will go to their new homes at 8 weeks. We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. Puppies must be picked up within 7 days, unless other written arrangements are made. We have a contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. We believe it's the professional thing to do to memorialize our obligations to each other on paper so there are no questions later. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to contact us prior to picking up your puppy. If you purchase "Limited Registration" we require spay/neuter at or before 24 months.
