By clicking on the SUBMIT button, I hereby signify that I am participating in this practical shooting competition under my own free will and do hereby absolve the organizers, the members and staffs, and officers of the PHILIPPINE PRACTICAL SHOOTING ASSOCIATION (PPSA), officers of the NATIONAL RANGE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION (NROI), match officials, from any injuries that I may suffer during the competition, including any fatal injury that I may sustain. I further absolve all the above mentioned individual should I contract COVID-19 Coronavirus during the competition or at any time thereafter.
I further certify that I have read and accept the rules/guidelines provided within the PPSA Memorandum Circular 2-2013 as published within the PPSA website and I understand and agree that IPSC Rule 5.6.3.2 will be implemented which states that Match Officials may require additional tests of a competitor's ammunition at any time during the match and that IPSC Rule 5.6.3.10 will be enforced which states that the scores of a competitor who fails to present his firearm for testing and fails to provide sample rounds for testing whenever requested by a Match Official will be removed from the match results.
