PLEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Vendor fees are $75 for inside booth, $75 for food trucks and $50 for outside booth. We will provide a 6ft table and 2 chairs for each booth. Payment is due upon submission. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. No spaces will be held. We reserve the right to deny any vendor.
2. Booths will be assigned to refrain from being next to vendors providing similar products/services.
3. G2, Gentlys Ballroom, and their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liabilty, lost, stolen, or damaged property nor bodily injuries incurred during the event.
4. Set up time is from 9:00 am until 10:45 am. No vendor will be allowed to set up after 10:45 am. Breakdown will start at 4:00 pm. All vendors are responsible for leaving assigned area in the same conditon it was in prior to seting up.
