Housing
- Youth Leaders and Chaperones are responsible to ensure proper housing etiquette among campers.
- No males in female dorm areas, and no females in male dorm areas. No exceptions.
- In case of inclement weather please report to the basement of Mullins or Fuller.
- Please be courteous of residents who live in the dorms during the summer. Please observe 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM as quiet hours for the entire campus.
- Fee for lost keys or key fob is $100 each.
- No animals in the dorms.
- Children under the age of 10 are not permitted to stay in the dorms. If anyone with young children comes to camp, they are expected to have reserved a hotel room separately to stay for the week.
- All D3 attendees must have all of their belongings out of the dorms before the 9am session on Thursday morning and have your keys ready to turn in at the designated location. (If you have arranged for an additional night, please return keys by 10am on Friday morning to Campus Police).

For any housing concerns or issues please call 502-897-4072. A D3 staffer is on call 24/7 to help.
Other:
- The following items may not be used in any room on campus: glitter, confetti, nails, tacks, screws, tape, adhesives, hot wax, staples, or other fasteners.
- No golf carts on campus
- No weapons
- No wrestling
- No open flames, fireworks, or flare guns
- No tobacco products – this is a tobacco free campus
- No alcohol
- Any lost and found items will be taken to Campus Police.
- Any damages to the facilities, furniture, equipment, fixtures, grounds, landscaping or any other SBTS property will be the responsibility of the individual churches and will result in additional charges.
Small Group Meeting Spaces:
Norton Classrooms and designated Honeycutt meeting rooms are made available for small group time.
Please do not remove any furniture from these rooms.
Please straighten tables and chairs after your last session of the week.
Due to our child protective plan policies, windows must not be covered or blocking visibility into classrooms or event spaces.

Campus Clinic
All campers need to be accompanied by an adult when they come to the clinic. Permission to treat forms should be have been submitted before arriving to camp.
For emergencies after office hours, a patient should call 911 or proceed to an immediate care center or hospital emergency room.

Scholars' Coffee Shop
Scholars is a full service coffee shop that is availble and open to all D3 attendees.

Founders' Café offers fresh handmade deli sandwiches, pizza, calzones, salads, assorted snacks, and pastries.

Health and Recreation Center (HRC)

*At least 1 Youth Leader/Chaperone must be present with D3 campers at all times when they are in the HRC.
*The HRC will be available for D3 campers during scheduled free time in the D3 schedule. D3 campers will have access to 1st-floor activities only. Simply show your lanyard at the front desk to enter or check out basketballs, ping pong paddles, etc.
1st Floor Activities - ping pong tables, video games, pool tables, and basketball court. Other activities such as spikeball, corn hole, kan jam, board games, and volleyball are available for rent as well. See HRC front desk for more information and prices, if interested.
Guidelines
- Campers must have a lanyard to enter HRC and check out equipment.
- Access is restricted to the first floor for D3 campers.
- No food or drink beyond the lobby of the HRC.
- Rubber-soled shoes are required when using the Main Gym.
- Scooters, skateboards, pogo sticks, rollerblades, and mechanized toys are not allowed in the facility.
- Found items are kept in our lost & found area for a limited time of one month.
Pool Rules
- The pool will remain open during thunder/lightning storms. Patrons are advised to swim at their own risk.
- No footwear on the pool deck
- Food or drinks are not allowed in the pool area
- All patrons must shower before entering the water
- Campers must be supervised by an adult at all times
HRC Dress Code
All
- Modest apparel is expected in all areas of the HRC
- Apparel with inappropriate language or pictures are not permitted
Women
- Shirts that cover the chest and midriff must be worn at all times
- No form-fitting or excessively loose tank-tops
- No excessively short or form fitting shorts
- Yoga pants or leggings are permitted
- Pool Area:
- Modest swimming attire such as one-piece suits or tankini swimsuits that cover the chest and midriff is required
- No bikinis
Men
- Shirts must be worn at all times
- No form-fitting or excessively loose tank tops
- Pool Area:
- Loose fitting swim shorts are required
- No Spandex briefs (“Speedos”)
Campus Police
The Campus Police office is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. The department is comprised of sworn police officers who have full powers of arrest on seminary property.
