    This form is for registration and confirmation of participation only. We will be following up with the primary contact and email provided below throughout the next few months.

    Important dates to remember:
    - An email with menu and image requests will be sent out on August 20th.
    - Menus, pricing, and images will be due no later than Aug 30th.
    - Gift Cards Ready for pick up or digital email by August 30th
    - Asset delivery to restaurants September 8-12th

With the implementation of online ordering systems, many local restaurants have used this opportunity to help create awareness of their local charitable giving. This year we are asking participating restaurants to consider using a donate to BBBS option in their online check out purposes or include a round up your bill to donate option. Disclaimer: Whilethese funds are a great addition to your donation, they will not count towards the GravyBowl numbers.*
