Designed for charities and societies working to provide better access to organized soccer activities, training or education while removing barriers to participation. These barriers could be due to culture, race, gender, socioeconomic background, or disabilities.
Benefits included:

- Ability to apply for tournament sanctioning
- Insurance
- Ability to register participants
- Ability to request/host BC Soccer Coaching and Referee Clinics
- BC Soccer Communication
