We are so happy you decided to adopt, not shop; or to foster, to help save a life! Please fill out the application and we will respond as soon as possible. If you'd prefer to fill out a PDF application, please go to this link (https://tinyurl.com/2p8zsfs7) and return to alljoy4paws@yahoo.com.
Please note that the completion of this application does not guarantee the adoption of one of our dogs. The full adoption process includes:
1) Completed application, verbal interview with a AllJoy4Paws representative (possibly), and an in-person home check (or photos and/or video in lieu of in-person). If approved then:
2) Adoption fee. 100% of the fee goes to saving dogs. The adoption fee varies by age and the specific dog. We do offer the option of approved local adopters with 2-3 weeks foster (with the intention to adopt) period to tryout the dog (please check with the rescue for details) before adopting. Fostering is free and you only pay when adopting. Adoption fees are non-refundable and it’s tax deductible since we’re a 501c nonprofit organization. We are still happy to take back the dog if it’s not the right fit, and we will issue a donation receipt for the amount of the adoption fee. If at any time during the life of the dog you are unable to keep him/her for any reason, you agree to return him/her only to AllJoy4Paws (stated on the adoption agreement).
3) ALL DOGS MUST BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED. No exceptions. Normally, the dogs will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption. However, there are occasional situations such as where it is a puppy too young for surgery, or a dog has health/medical reasons to temporarily delay the procedure, or there are appointment scheduling delays. In these cases, THE DOG ADOPTION IS NOT FINALIZED UNTIL SPAY/NEUTER HAS BEEN COMPLETED. If you are adopting a puppy/dog prior to their spay/neuter, you MUST provide a spay/neuter certificate within the required timeline in order to finalize the adoption, or AllJoy4Paws has the right to reclaim the dog.
Thank you for your attention!
