By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response, I will receive an call/email/text with an appointment time and date option and a general price quote. (For Colleen, 20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking appointment. This will go towards your appointment total. Appointments are limited for the year). Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service.
