This class or workshop is designed to provide historical and biblical education and practical purposes for using flags and other implements during Praise and Worship and while Ministering in the dance.

Class and Workshop Details

Sessions are in-person and will be conducted at the host ministry's house of worship (church). Classes and Workshops are intensive. Class times range from two to four hours; workshops could last up to 10 hours. The course fee for offering the Flag Worship & Ministry Class is $60 per person in attendance and will include a certificate of participation. The Flag Worship & Ministry Workshop is $90 per person in attendance and will consist of a certificate of completion. The workshop is available as an introductory course conducted weekly for six weeks and will include a certificate of completion.

Attendees can take notes during the classes and purchase a workbook/study guide to accompany the teaching for an additional $15.

I am aware and fully understand that there are risks and dangers associated with participation in dance classes and different dance movements of the varied dance disciplines. These movements and activities could result in bodily injury, partial or total disability, or death. The social and economic losses/or damages resulting from these risks and dangers could be severe. I understand that these risks and dangers may be caused by the participant’s negligence or the negligence of others. There may be risks unknown to us or not foreseeable at this time.  I acknowledge that it is standard teaching protocol that a Slay Training Center Instructor of Denise Bullard Ministries LLC may physically touch students during his/her instruction, and I will not hold Slay Training Center of Denise Bullard Ministries LLC liable for such physical touching.

I accept and assume all such risks and responsibilities for the lessees and/or damages following such injury and/or disability however caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of Slay Training Center of Denise Bullard Ministries LLC, its instructors, independent contractors, hosts, other participants/students, sponsors, advertisers, owners, officers and lessees of the premises used to conduct the event or activity and each of them, their officers, directors, agents, and employees. I agree that this consent and assumption of risk statement covers every event or activity sponsored by Slay Training Center of Denise Bullard Ministries LLC. I, my heirs, or legal representative forever release waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Slay Training Center of Denise Bullard Ministries LLC for any injury or death caused by my participation in the dance class.

All class and workshop fees are non-refundable, and any advance payments received may be forfeited and not able to be exchanged.
