REFUND POLICY
Meals are NON-REFUNDABLE after September 18, 2025.
Any APPROVED REFUNDS will have a 3% TRANSACTION FEE.
UNDER RENOVATION. WiFi. SHARED BATHROOMS, central AC/heat, on-site laundry (bring your own laundry detergent), SHARED refrigerator space, NO FOOD ALLOWED in all rooms, common living and dining room areas. NO POULTICES IN BED. Limited availability. Rooms are assigned on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
Room is shared with other occupants in campus dorm with shared bathroom. Bring your own bedding, towels, and personal hygiene necessities.
Limited spots for full hook-up. Bring your own RV -- 50 amps or below.

Ages 3 and under eat for free. If you don't want all meals for the conference, please choose from breakdown of meals for each day below. Please note: Special diets (i.e., gluten-free, nut allergies, etc.) cannot be accommodated by kitchen staff during conferences.
