SamSavesCats aims to pair our cats with amazing forever homes. This application is necessary to gather information that will allow us to confirm that the cat you selected to adopt will thrive in the new home you will be providing. The cat you are adopting is under our care, and as with all SamSavesCats cats, we love and are responsible for ensuring its well-being. Before any cat is adopted, we will need to review an adoption application once completed, and any potential follow-up questions or requests for clarification have been provided. By providing complete and detailed answers to the questions and requests for information set forth in this application, you can help us speed up this process. Please make sure your e-mail address is correct. SamSavesCats reserves the right to decline any application based on the cat being requested & the answers to the questions asked. Should you be declined, please know there is a fundamental reason based on the cat’s personality and the way you answered questions. These decisions are not made lightly, and all we do is in the best interest of our cats. Adopters must be 21+ years of age. Our fee for adoption if approved is between $150-$250 dpeneding on the cat or kitten you're adopting.
