  • On October the 15th, Mullum Primary School is running the Festival of Hidden Treasures Family Fun Day and are currently accepting expression of interest applications. Applications must be completed in full to be considered.

    The festival will be running from 2pm until 7pm. Bump in will commence from 12pm and bump out will be from 7pm onwards.

    Acceptance to Festival of Hidden Treasures is via a competitive process. Please ensure you provide as much detailed information as possible. We'll closely review your website and social media accounts for images, with high quality and well-styled images favoured. Mullum Primary School reserves the right to decline any application based on suitability or otherwise.

    Mullum Primary School accepts applications for food and/or beverage stalls only when a relevant local council mobile food license and public liability insurance is provided by the stall holder (specific terms and rates apply).

    Applications successfully submitted will receive immediate confirmation shown on this page. If you receive an error message, please resubmit your application again. Only applicants who's submissions have been chosen as part of the stall line up will be responded to within 14 days of the application closing date.

    PAYMENT - Once your booking is confirmed by management, you will recieve an email with bank details. Once paid & cleared you will then recieve confirmation of booking.

    All the documentation you need for the bump in & out, including terms and conditions and map of site, will be sent one week prior to market date.

    *please note that as this event is on school property, it is strictly a NO SMOKING event. If you are found smoking on school property, you will be asked to pack up and leave immediately. You will NOT be refunded the cost of you stall.

  • Patrons attending the market will be given a treasure hunt bingo-style card on arrival, which will include your stall/business name. Patrons will need to find you and visit your stall, where you’ll be able to stamp their card. We will be providing each stall with signage that tells patrons that you’re a part of the hunt so they’ll be able to find you. Once their card is full, they will then be able to enter the draw for our treasure hunt prizes (at the Mullum PS tent).

    We also ask that if you’d like to be involved in the treasure hunt, to please donate a little something from your stall that can be entered into our Market Raffle on the day. Needs to be something that doesn't have to be claimed on the day.

  • PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

    Mullum Primary School requires all stalls to have their own public liability insurance (specifically Market Stall/Trade Exhibitor) to the value of $10M. The certificate must be obtained prior to booking.

    All prepackaged food, beauty products, essential oils and food and beverage stalls must have product and public liability insurance.

  • *Please note that weights will be required for gazebos as the stalls will be set up on asphalt.

    There will be a short walk from the unloading area to your stall site so please be prepared to carry your stall set up. There will be no trollies or wagons to borrow so bringing your own is suggested.
