EVOLVE’s information sessions are for families interested in our Adoption and Foster Care Programs. All applicants must attend an informational meeting prior to submitting an application for any of our programs. All informational sessions are Virtual. 2025 Minnesota Adoption Permanency Program (MAPP) Foster-to-Adopt Information Session from 5-6 PM. MAPP is only open to Minnesota residents, as it is funded through the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth and Family.
