PART 2 - Confirmation of a concluded team building event
If you have already submitted an application for support with a team building day and had confirmation that this was approved, then please submit this once the event is concluded.
Once we have this we can pay the group subsidy to the organiser for distribution to the HPLS members within the group. This will be paid by bank transfer using the details you provide below. Payment is made as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 21 days for payment to reach your bank account.
If there were any changes to those attending as originally proposed, we need to know this below. If there were no changes the originally agreed subsidy will be paid.
Please note that a subsidy can only be paid for those that attended on the day.
