    Form will assist on identifying the correct Membership Class for your organization. The Suitability Questionnaire provides general information only and each application is independently evaluated.
  • Does your organization offer soccer to adults or youth?

  • Youth

  • Does your organization actively work to eliminate barriers to soccer? These barriers include, but are not limited to, culture, race, gender, socioeconomic background, disabilities.

  • You should apply to your local youth district!

  • Your organization is eligible to apply to the Access to Soccer Associate Membership category.

  • Adult

  • Does your organization fall into one of the following categories?

  • Your organization should apply to the adult performance category!

  • Adult Leagues

    Your organization falls under the label of "Adult Leagues." In this category, you will be able to choose to apply for a permit, an associate membership, or a full membership. Fill out the following questions to help determine which one is right for your organization.
  • Teams wish to participate at Provincial Championships
  • The organization wishes to become a voting member of BC Soccer

  • Your organization should apply for full membership. 

    In order to become a voting member, and participate at provincial championships, your organization must be a full member.

  • Teams wish to participate at BC Soccer sanctioned tournaments
  • Teams wish to apply for out-of-province travel

  • Your organization should apply for Associate Membership under the Adult League category. 

    In order to participate at BC Soccer sanctioned tournaments, and travel out-of-province,  your organization must be a full or associate member. 

    The cost is $250 + $25/player

  • Your organization should apply for an Adult League permit. 

    Adult League Permits allows organizations to offer soccer programming to adults with less costs; however, this does not grant rights of membership. 

    The cost is $150 + $34/player
