The terms and conditions of said enrollment are set forth within this 2024-2025

Enrollment Form and Agreement ("the Agreement") as follows:

1. I agree to pay to Set-Apart Homeschooling Academy all non-refundable applicable tuition. fees, and charges, including:

• Application Fee: $100.00. (This fee will be charged to all new students for the first school year.)
• Annual Registration Fee: $100.00
• Application fee + Annual Registration fee: $200.00 will be due by Aug. 1st, 2025 for early enrollment. Anything after this date will have to be paid in FULL by August 15, 2025.

 

 

Tuition for the 2025-2026 school year is as follows:

 

A tuition discount of 25%, 50%, 75% ,respectfully, will be provided for each additional child in your family who is enrolled at Set-Apart Homeschooling Academy.

2. I understand that I may choose one of TWO tuition plans. (Please check one plan Each plan is a commitment for each family and CANNOT be altered. By checking one of these boxes, you are agreeing to pay on time and to commit to a full semester from AUGUST 2025-MAY 2026.

** The monthly payment plan is for the convenience of parents. In the event of the early withdrawal of a student, parents are responsible for the entire balance of the monthly tuition.

3. I further agree and understand that there is a 2-working-day grace period for each payment plan. If tuition is not received by Set-Apart Homeschooling Academy after the 3 working day of the month, there will be a $50.00 charge for late payment.

I further understand and agree that personal checks will NOT be accepted by Set-Apart Homeschooling Academy.

4. I understand and agree that any payment not received within 15 days of the due date may result in the voiding of the contract by Set-Apart Homeschooling Academy.

5. I also understand students will not be allowed to attend classes when tuition is 30 days overdue. A student's tuition payments must be current in order for her/him to be permitted to receive semester progress reports,

6. I further understand, acknowledge, and agree that Set-Apart Homeschooling Academy is a school of limited enrollment. By executing this Agreement, Set-Apart Homeschooling Academy agrees to provide a place for my child in his or her respective class, which may deprive another child of the privilege of enrolling at Set-Apart Homeschooling Academy. Further, in the event that my child withdraws from Set-Apart Homeschooling Academy and, may be unable to enroll another child to fill my child's place in the classroom. Hence, I agree that all obligations shall be continued, and this Agreement shall not be terminated for any reason other than an absence or withdrawal of my child due to a catastrophic injury or illness to the minor child or to the undersigned.

5. Set-Apart Homeschooling Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or dismiss the above-named student if the student's presence at Set-Apart Homeschooling Academy would be detrimental to the student or the school. In such an event, parents are responsible for the remainder of the school semester's tuition and fees.

6. My signature on this Agreement indicates my understanding of my responsibility and my commitment to pay for a full year's tuition and the failure to do so will result in legal action.
