  • Teen Coordinator

    The Teen Coordinator works closely with the Executive Director to oversee the Miss Spokane’s Outstanding Teen program. This role provides guidance and support to teen candidates and titleholders while ensuring all activities align with the mission and standards of the Miss Spokane Scholarship Organization and the Miss America’s Outstanding Teen program.

  • Miss Coordinator

    The Miss Coordinator works alongside the Executive Director to oversee the Miss Spokane Scholarship competition and titleholder program. This role supports candidates throughout the competition process and assists the Miss Spokane titleholder during her year of service, ensuring alignment with the Miss America Organization’s rules and the mission of the Miss Spokane Scholarship Organization.

  • Assistant Producer

    The Co-Producer works with the Producer and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of competition production and event flow for the Miss Spokane Scholarship Organization. This role ensures candidates are well-prepared, rehearsals and schedules run smoothly, and stage production is executed professionally in compliance with MSSO standards.

  • Judges Chair

    The Judges Chair oversees all aspects of the competition judging process, including coordinating judges and auditors, scheduling interviews, and ensuring compliance with MAO/MWSO rules. This role serves as the main point of contact for judges, manages confidential documentation, and helps provide meals and hospitality. Strong organizational skills and discretion are essential.

  • Co-Judges Chair


    The Co-Judges Chair works with the Judges Chair and oversees all aspects of the competition judging process, including coordinating judges and auditors, scheduling interviews, and ensuring compliance with MAO/MWSO rules. This role serves as the main point of contact for judges, manages confidential documentation, and helps provide meals and hospitality. Strong organizational skills and discretion are essential.

  • Starling Program Coordinator


    The Starling Program Coordinator manages the program by keeping parent communication organized, maintaining applications and paperwork, and overseeing assistants/volunteers during events. This role also maintains both the private parent Facebook group and the public princess Facebook page. Strong communication and organizational skills are key.

  • Starling Program Co-Coordinator


    The Co-Coordinator Starling Program manages the Princess Program by keeping parent communication organized, maintaining applications and paperwork, and overseeing assistants/volunteers during events. This role also maintains both the private parent Facebook group and the public princess Facebook page. Strong communication and organizational skills are key.

  • Fundraising Coordinator

    The Fundraising Coordinator leads efforts to generate financial support for the Miss Spokane Scholarship Organization, ensuring resources are secured to fund scholarships, events, and program initiatives. This role focuses on building community partnerships, organizing fundraising activities, and supporting the mission of empowering young women through scholarship and service.

  • Event Coordinator

    The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing events and ensuring smooth operations for fundraising and competition-related activities. This role works closely with the Executive Director(s) and Executive Committee to manage logistics, donations, and recognition efforts.

  • Digital Relations Coordinator

    The Digital Relations Coordinator manages the organization’s online presence, ensuring consistent branding and engagement across digital platforms. This role supports promotion, fundraising, and communications through social media, the website, and online voting initiatives.

  • Program Book Coordinator

    The Program Book Coordinator is responsible for creating and producing the official Miss Spokane Scholarship Organization program book. This role ensures that the book is accurate, professional, and delivered on time for the competition, while working closely with candidates, sponsors, and the Executive Committee.

  • Support Chair (or Co-Chairs)

    The Support Chair provides flexible, hands-on support across the Miss Spokane Scholarship Organization to ensure smooth operations and successful events. This role works alongside all committee members, titleholders, and candidates to fill gaps, assist with responsibilities, and strengthen overall organizational efforts.
