To complete this form you will need:

- Past report cards and/or character references from teacher(s)
- Any past diagnostic reports or assessment information
- Confirmation number and/or screen shot of submitted $100 application fee

- Child 'Essay' Submission
  - Children 5 and under can draw a picture of their family and describe it in their own handwriting or have their description transcribed by a parent
  - Children 6 and above should write a short passage about themselves and something that excites them (something they have done recently, an upcoming trip, etc.). They are, of course, welcome to add a photograph or drawing, too!
Once your application is submitted, you should hear from the Admissions Team within one week, though this may be delayed if we experience a high intake period. If you have not received correspondence within two weeks, please email admissions@chatmore.org.
