The SOAR Summit, presented by Appalachian Wireless and the Appalachian Regional Commission, is Appalachia's premier event. A big reason for this is our Exhibit Hall, presented by MAI Management Advisors.

The SOAR Summit Exhibit Hall is a place where ideas come to life. Attendees get to interact and see firsthand the businesses and organizations working to create a brighter tomorrow.

We typically have 100 exhibits, so this process is competitive. 

What we are looking for is simple:

• Exhibits that are engaging and interactive. Printed materials are fine, but our attendees want to be able to see and experience something.

Who is Eligible

Those eligible to Exhibit are:

• Businesses based in one of our 54 counties that provide products or services being sold online.
• Businesses or organizations supporting the work of one or more of the areas of focus outlined in the SOAR Blueprint.
• Organizations supporting local governments and non-profits.
• Not on this list? Still make your pitch and tell us why you should be included.

What to expect

• Applications are open through Friday, September 2.
• Those selected will be notified no later than Wednesday, September 13.
• Those selected must confirm participation by Monday, September 18.
• An Exhibit Fee will be assessed. Contact us for more information.
