GWCTD uses LINQ Connect as our third-party lunch account system. This is where families can add funds, view balances and purchase history, set spending limits, and manage student lunch accounts.
If you need to create or access a lunch account, please start by completing this form.
Once submitted, GWCTD will verify your information and email you setup instructions.
Please do not ask your school to send student information to GWCTD on your behalf. Completing this form is the correct way to request lunch account setup assistance.

✔️ When to Complete this Form
- Your school is newly partnered with GWCTD
- Your student is new or recently enrolled
- LINQ Connect says “Student Not Found”
- You need your student’s LINQ Connect ID
- Your student needs a lunch account for this school year
- You are faculty or staff setting up an account

🕒 When to Expect Your Account
May - August Submissions:
New student and faculty accounts are created after we receive updated enrollment rosters from your school, usually in early August. Setup emails will be sent before the first day of lunch service.
During the School Year:
Please allow up to 48 business hours for processing.
