Welcome Parents and Faculty!
Lunch accounts are managed through LINQ Connect. If you had an account with us last year, you do not need to complete this form. All new students and faculty will be added once we receive updated enrollment rosters from your school.
Please submit a new account request if:
- You are a new school district or a new family with a student enrolled after August 1st.
- You are a returning family, and your student did not have an account last year.
- You received a "student not found" message when trying to add your student on LINQ Connect.
- You need to obtain your student’s LINQ Connect Student ID.
Once you submit this form, we’ll add your student to the system and send you an email with instructions to set up your parent portal account.
Be sure to add schools@gwctdcater.com to your contacts to receive important updates!
If you submit the request between June and August, your account will be created before the first lunch service. During the school year, please allow 48 business hours for processing.
