    We Ask You to:

    • Treat our team members, other clients, and patients with courtesy and respect.
    • Communicate openly and ask questions if you need clarification.
    • Follow agreed-upon treatment plans and provide accurate information about your pet’s health.
    • Arrive on time for appointments or notify us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule.
    • Meet financial obligations at the time services are provided.
    • Extend patience and understanding if emergencies or unforeseen delays arise.
    • Bring any concerns to our attention so we can work together to address them.
       

    Appointment and Attendance Policies:

    • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving 10 (or more) minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid disrupting care for others.
    • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can call or text us at (504) 571-5128 anytime to notify us. Any notification that is less than 24 hours in advance is considered a late cancellation and you may be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee in order to schedule another appointment.
    • No-Shows: A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the patient’s chart as a “no-show”. You will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee equal to the exam fee ($60.50) in order to schedule another appointment. This will apply as a credit at checkout if the appointment is kept. Rescheduled but missed/no-show or late-cancelled appointments will forfeit the booking fee.
    • New Patient Appointments: A non-refundable booking fee equal to the exam fee ($60.50) is required to schedule. It will apply as a credit at checkout if the appointment is kept. Missed or late-cancelled new patient appointments will forfeit the booking fee.
