Superior Ice Rink Labor Day Festival

The cost is $70.00 per vendor registration. Spots will be available to fit a 10x10 TENT ONLY. A second space can be purchased if so needed. Please stay within your space. Please note the application fee is non-refundable. All registration fees will be donated to The Silent Night Foundation, a local family run charity that helps make the holidays brighter for children in need.

Before applying for your space at our event, please be aware of additional vending requirements: 1. We would like all vendors to promote this event to the best of their ability, by hanging posters, posting on social media using your social media network, inviting on our Facebook event page, etc. 2. All vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tents. NO LARGER THAN A 10X10 TENT - STAY WITHIN YOUR SPACE PLEASE 3. You may set up your spot starting at 7:30am the day of event. All cars must be parked in the designated area in the back of the building. WE WILL SEND AN EMAIL AS THE EVENT GETS CLOSER. 4. Payment of $70.00 can be made via Venmo - Below QR code to @SilentNightFoundation or mail a check payable to The Silent Night Foundation, 28 Bacon Road, St. James, NY 11780 5. Once payment has been made an email will be sent with PARKING INFO & YOUR SPOT NUMBER. WE PLAN ON SENDING OUT EMAILS 1-2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
