2022 New Student Enrollment

New Students can enroll in classes year round and will be charged monthly regardless to the month with the exception of December. All students will be charged half price in the month of December. In order to guarantee sufficient student/teacher ratios, tuition is Due no later that the 10th day of the prior month. For a September start, tuition is Due August 10th. Tuition received after August 10th will be refunded or held for an October start date.

Absence Policy: Students who miss class for any reason, will not be refunded. Instead, students may take a "makeup" class on another day and time within the same month. Absence credit will not be carried over to the next month.

Tuition:

1 class per week = $55 per month

2 classes per week = $75 per month

Unlimited age-appropriate classes = $95 per month

Acknowledgement and Signature
By submitting this form, I understand that my registration fee is non-refundable. I further understand that my monthly tuition will only be refunded if cancelled by the at least 10 business days prior to the start of class. Cancellations after this time will forfeit all payments.

Tuition: Monthly Tuition is due on the 10th of the prior month. If you are starting in September, tuition will be due August 10th.

If you selected a monthly payment plan on this form, it will cover September. You will not need to pay again until September 10th for October classes.

If you did not select a monthly plan on this form, tuition will be due no later than August 10th for a September start.
