• 2022 Fall Festival Vendor Registration Form

    Vendor Registration Deadline is Sept. 9, 2022.
  • Event is Saturday, Sept. 24, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

    All booths will be located outside on the outdoor field at Mammoth Sports Academy in Meriden, KS. 

    Booths will be a 10 ft x 10 ft space. 

    You must bring your own tables, chairs, display, etc. 

    The event begins at 9AM, but you will be able to start setting up at 7:30 AM the day of the event. 

    *Please note that this event is a fundraiser benefiting the Woolly Farms Foundations.

  • Payment for your booth must be made by the Sept. 9 deadline in order to hold your space.

    A confirmation email will be sent within a week of your registration with a link containing details on how to pay.
  • Please note that we have a limited amount of space. By submitting this form, you are guaranteeing attendance and payment for your reserved space.
