2022 Fall Festival Vendor Registration Form

Vendor Registration Deadline is Sept. 9, 2022.
Event is Saturday, Sept. 24, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

All booths will be located outside on the outdoor field at Mammoth Sports Academy in Meriden, KS.

Booths will be a 10 ft x 10 ft space.

You must bring your own tables, chairs, display, etc.

The event begins at 9AM, but you will be able to start setting up at 7:30 AM the day of the event.

*Please note that this event is a fundraiser benefiting the Woolly Farms Foundations.

$30 Booth to be paid in advance via online link that will be sent after registration is submitted. (This will be emailed to you. Please note that your registration is not complete until payment is made. Thank you!)
Payment for your booth must be made by the Sept. 9 deadline in order to hold your space.

A confirmation email will be sent within a week of your registration with a link containing details on how to pay.
Please note that we have a limited amount of space. By submitting this form, you are guaranteeing attendance and payment for your reserved space.
