Gazebo Reservation Form

The LVA Rule Book states that the gazebo must be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance, at the Association office for any group of 10 or more residents or for all groups that contain non-residents. A rental fee and security deposit are required for any reservation. To start your reservation please complete the form below.

Your registration is only valid upon full payment of rental and deposit fee. Gazebo may be rented by full ($80) or half day ($40). Deposit is $150.00
