Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges amoung adults.

This training includes approximately 2 hours of pre-work in the Mental Health First Aid training online forum followed by an 8 hour virtutal instructor lead training via Zoom. All pre-work MUST be completed in order to attend instructor lead portion of this training. Upon submitting this request form you will recieve an email regarding next steps.

This training is offered free of charge, however, if you do not complete the required pre-work prior to the instructor lead portion $25 will be charged to your bursar.
