    Booth Set-up: 8:00am – 9:30am │ Booth Hours: 10:00am – 12:00pm


    The Kids Walk event begins at 9:30am on September 27, 2026.
    Walkers will begin to arrive at the After Party location shortly after 10:00am.
    **All booths must be completely set-up no later than 9:30am.

    Important Information
    Community
    Partners are responsible for:
    1. Set-up and tear-down of their booths
    2. Any and all tables, chairs, and shade tent/EZ Up (booth space is 10’x10’)

    All Community Partners must remain throughout the entire event. Leaving before the end of the event will not be permitted for the safety of our participants.
